Disclaimer & Refund Eligibility Policy

By enrolling in any program offered by Hargovind Kamdikar Training Academy ( English Har Din), the student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding participation, performance, and refund eligibility.


Refund Policy Disclaimer
Refunds are governed strictly by the Academy’s 7-day refund policy, which begins from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of the training programs and immediate access to learning materials, refunds will only be considered if all eligibility criteria and procedural requirements are met

Mandatory Conditions for Refund Consideration
To be eligible for any refund, the student must fulfill all of the following conditions without exception:

  1. 100% Attendance Requirement
    The student must attend 100% of all classes, whether conducted offline or online. Partial attendance will result in automatic disqualification from any refund request.

  2. Video Submission Requirement
    The student must submit one (1) continuous one-minute video recording for each of the prescribed 90 topics, strictly following the guidelines provided by the Academy.

  3. Public Speaking Participation Requirement
    The student must have actively participated in public speaking contests more than four (4) times during the course duration, with verifiable proof of participation.

  4. Course Completion Requirement
    Refunds will only be processed if the student has fully completed the required courses as outlined in the refund request form.

  5. Cancellation Justification Requirement
    In the event of admission cancellation, the student must:
    • Provide a valid and clearly explained reason for cancellation
    • Submit a minimum 3-minute video explaining the reason for withdrawal
    • Disclose their latest test score as requested by the Academy

Final Authority
The Academy reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request. Failure to meet any single condition listed above will result in no refund, without further correspondence.
